The Program

Built for every
kind of athlete.

Wrestling is one of the most inclusive sports there is — it meets every athlete where they are. The Light It Up Blue clinic leans into that. Coaches adapt drills, pacing, and sensory environment so that wrestlers with autism and other disabilities can learn, compete, and belong.

Run by Julian and the Frog Empire coaching staff in Ithaca, NY, the clinic focuses on fundamentals, confidence, and connection — not just technique. Parents and caregivers are always welcome to stay and watch.
